B. Wallace Design & Construction specializes in semi-custom and custom homes, primarily within neighborhoods that we develop in Durham, NC. Founded in 2004 by owner Britney Wallace, the primary goal of B. Wallace Design & Construction is to build homes rather than houses; places that feel warm, comfortable, and personal to each individual homeowner. Starting with Craftsman style homes that were less than 2300 square feet, B. Wallace Design & Construction has since grown into building various sizes, styles, and types of homes, but we remain committed to combining all the charm and quality of historic homes with the modern conveniences today’s buyers deserve. Our small and dedicated crews emphasize custom details that reflect our belief that everyone’s home, regardless of size or price, should reflect their individual style and character.
