DeWils’ training programs have become so popular, a larger training facility has recently been added to the main office campus. Although the most extensive training is done at the main campus, abbreviated and more customized training is done regionally several times a year. Coming from a DeWils dealership in 1998, Carey started as a territory manager and moved to the training position in 2000. He combines 20 years of involvement in the cabinetry industry with his management background to provide tools for sales techniques, attitude, motivation and knowledge.
